Apart of our commitment to the highest standards, our microbiological laboratory is accredited based on internationally accepted criteria for competence of testing laboratories - ISO 17025:2005.
During production, we continuously measure important parameters such as the fat and moisture content and pH.
Products are also tested for health risks. After production the final product is analyzed according to key safety criteria, as well as the properties agreed with the customer.
